What an Executive Producer Does:

Executive Producers manage the overall event production and activation process for live events. They work closely with the planning team and act as the liaison between external and internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the projects are moving forward.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, budget management, client communication, run of show creation (music, light, tech), and content flow creation. They are the main point of contact for clients during the live show.

Additional positions include, but are not limited to:

Production Coordinator

Production coordinators oversee any content that is displayed digitally for event attendees for live, virtual, and hybrid events. Working closely with the production team, these freelancers are tech savvy and detailed oriented individuals who ensure the needed logistical prep is completed for a smooth event flow.

Some of the tasks the coordinators oversee and perform include proofreading any content going to attendees, working closely with content designers, managing slide decks during events, and tracking videos.
