Our Story
Soundings was created by meeting and event professionals for industry pros and the companies that seek their services. The talent platform was founded in 2018 by founder and CEO Tracy Judge (MS, CMP) with the mission to offer agile staffing solutions for business events, associations, nonprofits, hotels, and tourism, and to bring the invaluable contribution of freelancers to the forefront.
In the wake of COVID-19, Soundings doubled down on the promise to help people achieve professional success by helping organizations pivot and by providing career resources–including virtual event platform access and relevant certifications–for freelancers and independent talent to upskill and thrive.
