As Chief Operating Officer, Kerry Lambert brings a wealth of leadership experience to Soundings. Having expanded her team at Cvent from a handful to a workforce spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia as well as growing Freeman Digital Delivery to a team of over 100 at the height of the Covid 19 pandemic. Recognized for her role co-leading Cvent's Women in Leadership initiative, Lambert's commitment to nurturing talent and fostering inclusive growth echoes Soundings’ values. Her strategic approach, from orchestrating campus events to championing women in the corporate sphere, and her enthusiasm for technological innovation in event management, poise her to steer Soundings through its next growth phase.
