Now Hiring: Digital Marketing & Brand Management Specialist

Soundings Connect is searching for a Digital Marketing & Brand Management specialist to support the expansion of our business. We are looking for a passionate “swiss army” knife marketer who is excited to work with a growing start-up! Our team is 100% remote (even before COVID) and we are accustomed to working with employees and freelancers from all time zones.

We are looking for someone interested in approximately 20 hours per week for a 3 month contract, however, we are willing to be flexible. Finding the right candidate for the role is what’s most important to us!

Responsibilities 

·       Plan digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

·       Develop and define content strategy and calendars for campaigns and products in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Manage projects, timelines and deliverables when working with agencies, vendors or internal copywriters on content development

  • Development and implementation of workflows and tools for collection, preparation & presentation of content creation and updates

  • Ensure alignment of owned content with brand guidelines

  • Take initiative to Identify any process gaps or missed opportunities with respect to content and convert into an action plan with demonstrable results

  • Measure analyze and document performance of various content assets and adjust future content creation plans accordingly

·       Oversee development of campaign processes and reports

·       Collaborate with creative team to ensure digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing program

·       Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·       Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and metrics measurement

·       Strong strategic and analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.

  • Drive campaign performance and optimizations with support from team

Strengths & Soft Skills

·       Strong research and analytical skills

·       Comfort with CRM software

·       In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts

·       A willingness to listen

·       Budget-management skills and proficiency

·       Professional judgment and discretion

·       Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

·       Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

·       Graphic design and knowledge of video and picture editing software a plus

·       Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
